Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Contact

As we often have our hands in the dirt, we sometimes take a little longer to respond to messages. To help you more quickly, we invite you to first consult this FAQ, where you will find answers to the questions we are asked most often.

ABOUT OUR PIECES

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! All pieces created in our ceramics studio are microwave and dishwasher safe for practical, stress-free use.

Can your pieces go in the oven?

Yes, at a low temperature. Always start with a cold oven and let the pieces cool down gently before removing them. Avoid placing them directly on a hot surface.

Why is my item different from the photo on the website?

In our pottery studio, each piece is handmade using traditional methods, without molds. Shapes, sizes, textures, and colors may therefore vary slightly. It is this singularity that makes every creation unique.

You may return or exchange any piece from our regular collection within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be intact, unused, and returned to our ceramic studio. For any custom order, no exchange or refund is possible.

POTTERY CLASSES

Do you offer pottery classes in Sutton?

Yes! Our ceramic studio offers pottery classes for all levels, located in the heart of Sutton, in the Eastern Townships. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, we have a session for you.

How do I sign up for a pottery class?

Visit our Pottery Classes page to see available sessions. If a class is full, sign up for the waiting list — if a spot becomes available, we will contact you.

What is your cancellation policy for pottery classes?

14 days or more in advance: full refund, or transfer to another session.

Less than 14 days: 50% refund. If we fill your spot, the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

Less than 48 hours: no refund or transfer.

Can I transfer my pottery class registration to someone else?

Yes. All registrations can be transferred before the start of the course, provided you inform us in advance at info@lulobaceramics.com

What happens if I miss a pottery class?

A missed class cannot be made up, transferred, or replaced. For short sessions, your attendance at every class is essential.

Can I come practice at the workshop?

For now, the studio is operating at full capacity between production and pottery classes. It is a creative space above all, and with the number of students, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate open studio practice.
